Lousy staff cooks. They don&#8217;t talk, they just don&#8217;t eat. I don&#8217;t like it either, I just don&#8217;t know better. I don&#8217;t think the chef cares about that. I don&#8217;t know what material I should use to make a better one? How much time? With what means? The chef&#8217;s only complaint was that the amount of food would be large. I help the confectioner in the evening. I&#8217;m very clumsy, but I&#8217;m improving. It took me an hour and a half to learn how to use a very simple foam bag. I am postponing my resignation by one month. I don&#8217;t like to change. There is still a little hope that this place will become a tolerable workplace. I don&#8217;t expect a good job, good working conditions anywhere else, as long as I consider myself an ignorant immigrant. It is difficult to build a new country. It&#8217;s lucky that I have a routine of searching at home and trying again. However, I have never changed cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/laszlo8360.files.wordpress.com\/2024\/05\/bereal-2024-04-09-0153.jpeg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6241\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je ne me sens pas utile au travail. Les cuisiniers du personnel sont nuls. Ils ne parlent pas, ils ne mangent tout simplement pas. Je n&#8217;aime pas \u00e7a non plus, je ne sais tout simplement pas mieux. Je ne pense pas que le chef s&#8217;en soucie. Je ne sais pas quel mat\u00e9riau dois-je utiliser pour en faire un meilleur ? Combien de temps? Avec quels moyens ? Le seul reproche du chef \u00e9tait que la quantit\u00e9 de nourriture serait importante. J&#8217;aide le p\u00e2tissier le soir. Je suis tr\u00e8s maladroit, mais je m&#8217;am\u00e9liore. Il m&#8217;a fallu une heure et demie pour apprendre \u00e0 utiliser un sac en mousse tr\u00e8s simple. Je reporte ma d\u00e9mission d&#8217;un mois. Je n&#8217;aime pas changer. Il y a encore un petit espoir que cet endroit devienne un lieu de travail tol\u00e9rable. Je ne m&#8217;attends pas \u00e0 un bon travail ni \u00e0 de bonnes conditions de travail ailleurs, tant que je me consid\u00e8re comme un immigrant ignorant. Il est difficile de construire un nouveau pays. J&#8217;ai de la chance d&#8217;avoir pour habitude de chercher chez moi et de r\u00e9essayer. Cependant, je n&#8217;ai jamais chang\u00e9 de culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/laszlo8360.files.wordpress.com\/2024\/04\/20240405_145946.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6235\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nem \u00e9rzem magam hasznosnak a munkahelyen. Pocs\u00e9k szem\u00e9lyzeti kaj\u00e1t f\u0151z\u0151k. Nem sz\u00f3lnak, csak nem esznek. Nekem sem tetszik, csak nem tudok jobbat. A s\u00e9fet ez szerintem nem \u00e9rdekli. Nem tudom milyen alapanyagb\u00f3l kellene jobbat el\u0151 \u00e1ll\u00edtanom? Mennyi id\u0151 alatt? Milyen eszk\u00f6z\u00f6kkel? A szak\u00e1csnak csak annyi volt a panasza, hogy sok lesz ez a kaja mennyis\u00e9g. Este a cukr\u00e1sznak seg\u00edtek. Nagyon \u00fcgyetlen va\u00adgyok, de fejl\u0151d\u00f6k. M\u00e1sf\u00e9l \u00f3r\u00e1mba ker\u00fclt, m\u00edg meg\u00adtanultam haszn\u00e1lni egy t\u00f6k egyszer\u0171 habzs\u00e1kot. A felmond\u00e1somat elhalasztom egy h\u00f3nappal. Nem sz\u00edvesen v\u00e1ltok. M\u00e9g van egy kis rem\u00e9ny, hogy egy elviselhet\u0151 munkahely lesz ebb\u0151l a helyb\u0151l. J\u00f3 munk\u00e1ra, j\u00f3 munkak\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyre m\u00e1shol sem sz\u00e1\u00adm\u00edtok, amig egy tudatlan bev\u00e1ndorl\u00f3nak tekintem magam.
