Friday<br\/>&#8220;The pattern is everything we see around us when we grow up.&#8221; What are my family patterns?  <br\/>&#8220;What I often saw is common. I know what it&#8217;s like&#8230; Somewhere safe for me.&#8221;  <br\/>&#8220;I wouldn&#8217;t know what to do if he suddenly started paying attention to me.&#8221; I knew myself. I don&#8217;t know how to put it, but I&#8217;m really uncomfortable with being dealt with. For now, I don&#8217;t know where to put this fresh insight. What are my good and bad patterns? How can I recognise the samples I have brought?  <br\/>&#8220;For example, we learn our limits at home.&#8221;  <br\/>&#8220;For example, we learn the style of communication.&#8221;  <br\/>&#8220;There is no hopeless situation.&#8221;  <br\/>Let there be (today) &#8220;awareness and consistency.&#8221;  <br\/>&#8220;I am not responsible for my emotions, but for what I do with them.&#8221; Lots of questions and I don&#8217;t know the answers yet. How do I become aware? When and how do I catch myself thinking that these are family patterns? Consciousness is a big question for me anyway. For example, there is learning. I am not consistent. How do I get myself to do it? Regularly? What is the family pattern of this? Is it the pattern or the self-awareness? Maybe the point should be to recognize my own patterns?
