Start with a bottle of wine!<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Open a bottle of wine \u2013 it\u2019ll enhance both the flavors of the dish and your cooking mood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Final touches:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>While the goulash cooks, I multitask by ironing my shirts \u2013 because why not?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Just before serving, I pour in a splash of red wine for an extra depth of flavor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9.
