There is no way you can fit into the frame of the zebras, their habits are uncomfortable. The zebras say you&#8217;re watching another movie. Because you don&#8217;t fit in with your surroundings, you become anxious and depressed. You really are just different. You sit in school, your ass is in the chair and your head is above the roof. The zebras see the class, the blackboard, the teacher, and you see the whole savannah. You can&#8217;t follow other people&#8217;s conversations. They don&#8217;t understand why you don&#8217;t understand their nonsense, because you were where they were.<br \/>I think the zebras were watching another movie. You are angry, anxious and they don&#8217;t understand why.<br \/>In comparison, I ask where the hell are the other giraffes?!<br \/>There are no mirrors on the savannah. If the giraffe were to get to know himself, he would realize that in fact there is nothing wrong with him, only that he is different from the others, his values are different, his comfort zone is in another dimension. When the giraffe gets to know himself, he realizes that he is also a valuable person.<br \/>I think these zebras are very good faces and there is nothing wrong with having different limits. Ever since I&#8217;ve known that there are people out there who watch the same movie I do, I&#8217;ve known that it&#8217;s all beautiful the way it is. Those zebras accepted me, even though I look at the world from a different perspective.<br \/>It is important for everyone with ADHD symptoms to get to know themselves, their environment, and their fellow human beings. It is important that everyone with ADHD symptoms realizes that he is also a valuable person.<br \/>We are all special.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/laszlo8360.files.wordpress.com\/2024\/02\/image_editor_output_image-1723805742-1705779016629.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5417\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mardi 16 janvier 2024.<br \/>G\u00e1bor M\u00e1t\u00e9, un c\u00e9l\u00e8bre psychiatre canadien (mais d&#8217;origine hongroise) qui vit lui-m\u00eame avec le TDAH, a dit un jour quelque chose comme \u00ab vivre avec le TDAH, c&#8217;est comme \u00eatre une girafe parmi des z\u00e8bres \u00bb.<br \/>Vous voulez vous int\u00e9grer \u00e0 votre environnement, vous voulez vous adapter \u00e0 leurs syst\u00e8mes et \u00e0 leurs habitudes, mais d&#8217;une mani\u00e8re ou d&#8217;une autre, rien ne vous semble normal. Il n\u2019y a aucun moyen de s\u2019int\u00e9grer dans le cadre des z\u00e8bres, leurs habitudes sont inconfortables. Les z\u00e8bres disent que tu regardes un autre film. Parce que vous ne vous adaptez pas \u00e0 votre environnement, vous devenez anxieux et d\u00e9prim\u00e9. Vous \u00eates vraiment simplement diff\u00e9rent. Vous \u00eates assis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, vos fesses sont sur la chaise et votre t\u00eate est au-dessus du toit. Les z\u00e8bres voient la classe, le tableau, le professeur, et vous voyez toute la savane. Vous ne pouvez pas suivre les conversations des autres. Ils ne comprennent pas pourquoi vous ne comprenez pas leurs absurdit\u00e9s, parce que vous \u00e9tiez l\u00e0 o\u00f9 ils \u00e9taient.<br \/>Je pense que les z\u00e8bres regardaient un autre film. Vous \u00eates en col\u00e8re, anxieux et ils ne comprennent pas pourquoi.<br \/>En comparaison, je demande o\u00f9 diable sont les autres girafes ?!<br \/>Il n&#8217;y a pas de miroirs dans la savane. Si la girafe apprenait \u00e0 se conna\u00eetre, elle se rendrait compte qu&#8217;en fait il n&#8217;y a rien de mal chez elle, seulement qu&#8217;elle est diff\u00e9rente des autres, ses valeurs sont diff\u00e9rentes, sa zone de confort est dans une autre dimension. Lorsque la girafe apprend \u00e0 se conna\u00eetre, elle se rend compte qu\u2019elle est aussi une personne pr\u00e9cieuse.<br \/>Je pense que ces z\u00e8bres ont de tr\u00e8s bons visages et il n&#8217;y a rien de mal \u00e0 avoir des limites diff\u00e9rentes. Depuis que je sais qu&#8217;il y a des gens qui regardent le m\u00eame film que moi, je sais que tout est beau tel qu&#8217;il est. Ces z\u00e8bres m\u2019ont accept\u00e9, m\u00eame si je regarde le monde sous un angle diff\u00e9rent.<br \/>Il est important que toute personne pr\u00e9sentant des sympt\u00f4mes de TDAH apprenne \u00e0 se conna\u00eetre, \u00e0 conna\u00eetre son environnement et ses semblables.
