Or take my accommodation for example!I will be staying in a simple, but clean and well-kept hostel for thirty euros. That&#8217;s a cheap price.There&#8217;s a twin to this hostel that gives exactly the same price, eight hundred metres away (i.e. just two metro stops inland) in the middle of the pedestrian area of the city centre. There, the same service is ninety euros. As long as that house is full, so that they pay a profit, there is less need to fiddle with the price of cheap accommodation. <br \/><br \/>I know this is a naive and over-simplistic economic theory. Lorsque quelques touristes un peu moins inform\u00e9s sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 payer un prix plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que n\u00e9cessaire pour certains services, ils contribuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 \u00e9viter de devoir augmenter le prix d&#8217;un service plus modeste \u00e0 faible co\u00fbt. Prenons l&#8217;exemple de la sangria ! Le prix d&#8217;une sangria \u00e0 sept euros comprend le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice suppl\u00e9mentaire qui n&#8217;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 mon vin, qui est d&#8217;une qualit\u00e9 raisonnable (sinon m\u00e9daille d&#8217;or). Prenons l&#8217;exemple de mon h\u00e9bergement !Je logerai dans une auberge de jeunesse simple, mais propre et bien entretenue, pour trente euros. Ce n&#8217;est pas cher.Il y a un jumeau \u00e0 cette auberge qui donne exactement le m\u00eame prix, huit cents m\u00e8tres plus loin (c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire juste deux stations de m\u00e9tro \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur des terres) au milieu de la zone pi\u00e9tonne du centre ville. Tant que cette maison est pleine, et qu&#8217;elle fait des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, il n&#8217;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de jouer avec les prix des logements bon march\u00e9. <br \/><br \/>Je sais qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une th\u00e9orie \u00e9conomique na\u00efve et trop simpliste.
