I always feel a bit lost in it.<br>I like that it\u2019s so big; there\u2019s a lot in it \u2014 for example a hillside overlooking a garden pond where I had a great nap in the grass.<br>In Fontvieille, the elderly couple make a tasty hamburger.<br>I craved it; totally worth the price.<br>I canceled the evening party I\u2019d been looking forward to so much.<br>I need the rest more.<br>A painful, responsible decision.<br>My mood today?<br>Bitterness; the constant sense of pain can even veto a great concert.<br>Pride?<br>I don\u2019t usually wait forty minutes for a slide show (at the entrance to a photo exhibition), and in the end: it was worth it.<br>Gratitude?<br>For the Luma park.<br>It\u2019s a pleasant place.<br>Lesson?<br>A lifestyle change is no longer just an option!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un \u00e9ternuement aux commandes \u2014 samedi \u00e0 Arles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un seul \u00e9ternuement a suffi pour briser le rythme de ma journ\u00e9e.<br>Parc Luma, s\u00e9ance de diapos, concert annul\u00e9 \u2014 et une r\u00e9alisation douce-am\u00e8re : je dois changer de mode de vie.<br>Bref carnet d\u2019un samedi douloureux mais instructif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arles, 06\/09\/2025, samedi.<br>Je n\u2019aurais jamais cru qu\u2019un seul \u00e9ternuement puisse d\u00e9finir ma journ\u00e9e.<br>\u00c0 \u00ab matin \u00bb neuf heures, j\u2019ai \u00e9ternu\u00e9 d\u2019un coup, et une douleur aigu\u00eb m\u2019a transperc\u00e9 les reins comme s\u2019ils s\u2019\u00e9taient bris\u00e9s en deux.<br>\u00c0 pr\u00e9sent, \u00e0 quinze heures, je ne sais pas quoi faire de la situation.<br>En th\u00e9orie j\u2019ai un m\u00e9decin, mais je ne sais m\u00eame pas dans quelle langue ni comment lui parler.<br>Je travaille demain.<br>Ce soir il y a un concert dans le village voisin, o\u00f9 je resterai assis.<br>Ou allong\u00e9, je ne sais pas.<br>Si ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas clair jusqu\u2019ici : il faut que je change !<br>Juste maintenant passe \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de moi un deuxi\u00e8me cort\u00e8ge de mariage.<br>J\u2019ai en t\u00eate qu\u2019on dit que la nouvelle tendance est de se marier au printemps et en automne, l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tant trop chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bilan du soir :<br>J\u2019ai vu les deux expositions au parc Luma.<br>Je n\u2019aime que ceci : c\u2019est si grand que je m\u2019y sens toujours un peu perdu.<br>Et j\u2019aime justement que ce soit si grand ; on y trouve beaucoup de choses \u2014 par exemple un flanc de colline dominant un \u00e9tang, o\u00f9 j\u2019ai fait une bonne sieste dans l\u2019herbe.<br>\u00c0 Fontvieille, le couple \u00e2g\u00e9 pr\u00e9pare un excellent hamburger.<br>J\u2019en avais envie ; \u00e7a valait largement le prix.<br>J\u2019ai annul\u00e9 la soir\u00e9e que j\u2019attendais tant.<br>J\u2019ai davantage besoin de repos.<br>Une d\u00e9cision douloureuse et responsable.<br>Mon humeur du jour ?<br>Amertume ;
