the bus app updates slowly and shows a different date every time I log in.<br>On the way out I waited half an hour; on the way back it arrived on time, then didn\u2019t go any further.<br>The one I was waiting for had left half an hour earlier.<br>Well, thanks!<br>I actually only went over to Saint-R\u00e9my to take a walk.<br>By bus, because my bike has no brakes at all, and on a downhill I have to push it.<br>If it hadn\u2019t been clear to me until now, this little town is much closer than Arles or Tarascon.<br>Nine kilometres.<br>Even with the climb it\u2019s two and a half hours on foot.<br>With a decent bike, at most half an hour.<br>The landscape was really beautiful, even in the dark; I set off at sunset.<br>The shop girl was extra kind and sweet, the one I bought two cans of beer from \u2014 for the way home; in a sudden impulse I could have bought raspberry syrup instead&#8230;<br>Luckily, I didn\u2019t work the next day.<br>For the second time in a week I walked for hours because of the buses.<br>Les Baux, 2025.10.12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Promenade sur la colline<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un horaire de bus mal mis \u00e0 jour peut g\u00e2cher une soir\u00e9e, mais au moins cela s\u2019est transform\u00e9 en longue promenade.<br>En partant vers Saint-R\u00e9my, j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point c\u2019est proche \u2014 et comme c\u2019est beau au coucher du soleil.<br>Deux canettes de bi\u00e8re, un peu de grogne, et une petite ville qui vaut le d\u00e9tour m\u00eame \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saint-R\u00e9my, 2025.10.09., jeudi<br>Donc, le papier-horaire est le bon \u2014 pourvu qu\u2019ils aient remplac\u00e9 le panneau depuis le dernier changement.<br>Le chauffeur et Google utilisent un horaire dat\u00e9 autrement ; l\u2019appli de bus se met \u00e0 jour lentement et affiche une date diff\u00e9rente \u00e0 chaque connexion.<br>\u00c0 l\u2019aller, j\u2019ai attendu une demi-heure ; au retour, il est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019heure, puis n\u2019est pas all\u00e9 plus loin.<br>Celui que j\u2019attendais \u00e9tait parti une demi-heure plus t\u00f4t.<br>Merci bien !<br>En fait, je suis all\u00e9 \u00e0 Saint-R\u00e9my juste pour marcher un peu.<br>En bus, parce que mon v\u00e9lo n\u2019a pas de freins du tout, et en descente je dois le pousser.<br>S\u2019il ne me l\u2019\u00e9tait pas encore apparu, cette petite ville est bien plus proche qu\u2019Arles ou Tarascon.<br>Neuf kilom\u00e8tres.<br>M\u00eame avec la mont\u00e9e, c\u2019est deux heures et demie \u00e0 pied.<br>Avec un bon v\u00e9lo, au maximum une demi-heure.<br>Le paysage \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s beau, m\u00eame dans l\u2019obscurit\u00e9 ;
