2024. 11 mai. SamediJe suis partie le 9 de chez Christa, \u00e0 Budapest, et je suis arriv\u00e9e le 10 au soir. Tiffany est la premi\u00e8re personne que j’ai rencontr\u00e9e, je ne savais m\u00eame pas o\u00f9 j’\u00e9tais. J’ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler sous la direction de Jean-Pierre avec excitation et enthousiasme. J’en suis maintenant \u00e0 mon troisi\u00e8me chef. J’ai \u00e9crit un mot de remerciement \u00e0 Gabriella, qui m’a aid\u00e9 pour la traduction. Vraisemblablement, mon CV n’a pas fini \u00e0 la poubelle parce que le propri\u00e9taire a une petite amie hongroise.<\/p>\n\n

Ch\u00e8re Gabriella ! Il y a exactement un an, j’ai eu mon premier jour de travail \u00e0 l’h\u00f4tel Benvengudo. Je t’\u00e9cris seulement pour te remercier de ton soutien au cours de l’ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Sans ton aide, je n’aurais pas de travail en Provence. Ch\u00e8re Madame Carole ! Il y a exactement un an, j’ai eu mon premier jour de travail \u00e0 l’h\u00f4tel Benvengudo. Merci pour votre soutien continu. Je vous remercie de votre bienveillance \u00e0 mon \u00e9gard. J’avais parl\u00e9 au directeur de l’h\u00f4tel quelques semaines plus t\u00f4t et lui avais dit, dans mon langage simple, que je ne comprenais pas et que je ne voulais pas de traitement sp\u00e9cial, parce que ce n’\u00e9tait pas moi qui \u00e9tais important, mais toute l’\u00e9quipe, o\u00f9 je devais m’int\u00e9grer. Le directeur avait une r\u00e9ponse tr\u00e8s lapidaire \u00e0 ce sujet : \u00ab\u00a0Chaque employ\u00e9 est important.\u00a0\u00bb Quand je suis dans la cuisine, je veux \u00eatre un membre utile de l’\u00e9quipe. Je suis \u00e9galement reconnaissante au chef cuisinier pour sa patience \u00e0 mon \u00e9gard. Chaque jour, je regarde ce que font mes coll\u00e8gues et j’essaie d’apprendre d’eux. J’apprends le fran\u00e7ais tous les apr\u00e8s-midi. Je pense moi-m\u00eame que mes connaissances ne sont pas encore suffisantes. Je vais continuer \u00e0 apprendre. Si je travaille dans un domaine technique, la situation est encore meilleure pour moi. D’ici l\u00e0, je ferai de mon mieux pour \u00eatre utile dans la cuisine.<\/p>\n\n

Merci pour le soutien de chacun au cours de l’ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e \u00e0 l’h\u00f4tel Benvengudo. Je suis reconnaissante d’avoir eu l’occasion de montrer mes comp\u00e9tences dans la cuisine. Chaque employ\u00e9 est important et je veux faire partie de cette \u00e9quipe. Je reste d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 me d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 contribuer au succ\u00e8s de la cuisine.
