Je sais ce que c&rsquo;est&#8230; Un endroit s\u00fbr pour moi.\u00a0\u00bb  <br\/>\u00ab\u00a0Je ne saurais pas quoi faire s&rsquo;il se mettait soudain \u00e0 faire attention \u00e0 moi\u00a0\u00bb. Je me connaissais. Je ne sais pas comment le dire, mais je suis vraiment mal \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise quand on a affaire \u00e0 moi. Pour l&rsquo;instant, je ne sais pas o\u00f9 mettre cette nouvelle perspective. Quelles sont mes bonnes et mes mauvaises habitudes ? Beaucoup de questions et je ne connais pas encore les r\u00e9ponses. Comment puis-je en prendre conscience ? Quand et comment je me surprends \u00e0 penser qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de sch\u00e9mas familiaux ? La conscience est de toute fa\u00e7on une grande question pour moi. Par exemple, il y a l&rsquo;apprentissage. Je ne suis pas constant. Comment puis-je m&rsquo;y prendre pour le faire ? R\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ? Quel est le sch\u00e9ma familial de cette situation ? Est-ce le mod\u00e8le ou la conscience de soi ? Peut-\u00eatre qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit plut\u00f4t de reconna\u00eetre mes propres sch\u00e9mas ?
