L&rsquo;harmonie entre la nature et la mer m&rsquo;envahit, remplissant mon esprit de nouvelles r\u00e9flexions.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-rich is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lvarga\/albums\/72177720321089028\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que je l\u2019aie pr\u00e9vu des jours \u00e0 l\u2019avance, je ne me presse pas ce matin. Ma journ\u00e9e commence \u00e0 dix heures. \u00c0 une heure et demie, je prends mon petit-d\u00e9jeuner avec des tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es achet\u00e9es au march\u00e9, en attendant le bus pour la plage. Apr\u00e8s quelques achats, je m\u2019\u00e9tends sur le sable de Saintes-Maries \u00e0 quatre heures. Le temps est agr\u00e9able, pas trop chaud, et \u00e0 cette heure-ci, seuls les Allemands restent dans l\u2019eau. Quand j\u2019\u00e9tais enfant, d\u00e8s que la temp\u00e9rature atteignait dix-huit degr\u00e9s en mai, nous passions aux shorts ; \u00e0 vingt-deux degr\u00e9s, l\u2019air et l\u2019eau du lac Balaton \u00e9taient presque parfaits. Maintenant, il fait vingt-six degr\u00e9s, avec dix-huit pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 l\u2019aube. J\u2019ai donc pris \u00e0 la fois une veste et un maillot de bain. Apr\u00e8s une petite sieste, je choisis finalement le maillot. L\u2019eau semble fra\u00eeche au d\u00e9but, mais elle est parfaite pour nager et ramasser des coquillages, et m\u00eame le vent ne me d\u00e9range pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nager face au vent me rend philosophe. On pense souvent que nager \u00e0 contre-courant est le plus difficile. Mais c\u2019est juste un progr\u00e8s lent ; on peut s\u2019y pr\u00e9parer, avancer plus lentement et \u00e9viter la foule. Le vrai d\u00e9fi, c\u2019est de tenir bon contre les vents lat\u00e9raux. Il est difficile de se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 ceux qui attaquent de c\u00f4t\u00e9, et ils ne sont jamais indulgents. Ils te balaient, contrairement \u00e0 ceux qui te font face directement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aujourd\u2019hui, ma consommation a \u00e9t\u00e9 vraiment \u00e9cologique : une baguette, du fromage, du salami, des tomates et du raisin. Le soir, la derni\u00e8re miette est partie. Je sais que ce n\u2019est pas beaucoup, mais pourquoi manger plus si je n\u2019ai pas faim ? Le coucher du soleil apporte la lueur dor\u00e9e de la mer, exactement comme je l\u2019aime.
