I remember last year the place closed the restaurant on the last day of Ramadan – the holiday. Because the colleagues were having a dinner party. This little incident says a lot about the team there. Il est incroyablement cr\u00e9atif. J’envie sa dext\u00e9rit\u00e9 manuelle – j’aimerais bien l’avoir. Mais avec mes mains tremblantes depuis l’enfance, la gastronomie est un domaine difficile. C’est un endroit tr\u00e8s \u00e9l\u00e9gant. C’est une sorte d’\u00e9l\u00e9gance bonne et l\u00e9g\u00e8re. J’aime ce type d’hospitalit\u00e9. Nous faisons vivre une exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 nos clients. On peut manger n’importe o\u00f9. Je connais un tr\u00e8s bon restaurant de burgers \u00e0 Marseille. \u00c0 Avignon, ils font un d\u00e9licieux sandwich. Mon son pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 est le son \u00ab\u00a0m\u00a0\u00bb, marmonn\u00e9 avec une bouche pleine. Vous savez alors que vous avez rendu quelqu’un heureux aujourd’hui.
