After explaining to my direct colleagues that I must forget about her, they avoided the subject, never brought it up in front of me, and accepted it when I avoided the girl. Apr\u00e8s avoir expliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 mes coll\u00e8gues directs que je dois l&rsquo;oublier, ils ont \u00e9vit\u00e9 le sujet, ne l&rsquo;ont jamais mentionn\u00e9e devant moi, et ont accept\u00e9 lorsque j&rsquo;\u00e9vitais la fille. Ils \u00e9coutaient doucement quand je pronon\u00e7ais le nom de Bea &#8211; faisant semblant de ne pas entendre ce que je disais. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 eux, il est devenu un peu plus facile de travailler avec elle chaque jour en ao\u00fbt. Puis en septembre, ma nouvelle colocataire arrive et tous les deux jours elle prononce le nom de Bea devant moi !<br \/><br \/>Souvent, le meilleur moyen d&rsquo;aider quelqu&rsquo;un est simplement de l&rsquo;\u00e9couter.
