LA RAMBLAS
It is a wide and long street, similar to Budapest’s Andrássy út. The difference is that the broad space between the two rows of trees belongs to pedestrians, and cars only move in two narrow lanes. La Ramblas, quite spectacular, extends from the sea to Plaça Catalunya (the main square). If you want to buy expensive trinkets, this is the place to do it. After Plaça Catalunya, the promenade continues as Rambla de Catalunya. If you’re looking for a nice place to have dinner, this is where you should come.
Returning to La Ramblas, you can discover a brilliant form of street scam. These street vendors are very clever. They have a large blanket spread out on the street with their goods. They tie ropes to each corner. When a police authority approaches, they simply lift the four ropes, transforming the spread-out sheet with merchandise into a bundle on their shoulders. They always stand near the metro entrance because this way, within a minute, they can disappear underground. Once the police officer is gone, they simply lower the rope from their shoulders and immediately unpack the products.
WHAT SUITS HER WELL?
A very stylish and elegantly dressed young woman is walking in the shade of the trees. Stylishly and quite lightly. This is a difficult question. It’s very hard to be objective. On the one hand, at this moment, it seems like there’s invisible ink written on her forehead saying, « Make love to me! » On the other hand, who am I to decide how she should feel well-dressed? This woman was born free, and if I stare at her, I put her in an uncomfortable situation. I’m not saying it’s easy to look away. But still! If I stare at her or talk about her, I’ll end up making this girl not feel free. Instead of giving herself, she will wear costumes. In the end, she would not only suppress her personality in her clothes. If every man behaved like a gentleman, no one would be bothered by provocative clothing. They might not agree with it, but no one would be shocked. Because the best style in the world is your own style. We shouldn’t suppress the unfolding of that style.
The most beautiful thing a woman can wear is her smile. Let’s not diminish that jewel. In fact, all that is missing from this woman is: What is your purpose with this? If she can answer that, then why not!
METRO
The red metro is heading towards Park Güell. We will walk twenty minutes to the park entrance. Look at the map! It’s easy to confuse the small streets. By the way, the underground network is interesting for someone from Budapest. In terms of square centimeters and population, it’s comparable to Budapest. Plus a few million tourists.
However, which is the city whose almost every inhabitant can draw the metro map from memory? Budapest has four lines intersecting near a point. Barcelona’s looks like a distorted spider web, especially if you add the suburban trains to the eight existing metros (plus one under construction). Yet, both cities have almost identical sizes.
GÜELL
When the love of nature meets creativity. That’s what Gaudi’s work inspires in me. Too bad he didn’t create a world religion.
The first thought is: where am I now? I need a map, but the one I find is also a blank map. The reception is not with us. So, no information. I have to go like this. It’s new to me.
I go towards the sound of music. The guy is playing the guitar beautifully. Under shapes resembling arches. As if it wasn’t a human hand that built it but grew like that naturally. Strange, because there’s no building, only the arches.
Although the photos always show Gaudi’s architecture, Park Güell is a large forest on the side of a hill. The concert ends, I go higher. I quickly understand the purpose of the spotless arches: walking on top, the panoramic view is wonderful. Later, I find other such arches in larger sizes. Gaudi is the architect who doesn’t use two things: the square and the ruler. In fact, that’s why I (like) him because here I really feel that man is in harmony with nature.
I look at the next viaduct. It looks like a huge root. Besides, the surfaces and shapes are extremely practical. For example, the sidewalk has a regular and easy slope to follow. Nowhere is it difficult on the hillside. The lace-like stacked terraces are practical. It’s much more comfortable, and the view is better than if a large terrace had been built. I’m not saying this whole system doesn’t protrude from the bushes. It’s more like they’ve always been parts of each other. Later, I find other places where street musicians and guitarists play. It’s a very clever organization because this way, soft background music is present throughout the park. This further intensifies the experience.
I found a house with Zsolnay tiles (special Hungarian ones).
It’s November, but there are still flowers blooming now. Beautiful. Walking around the forest, each terrace offers a different and beautiful view.
I find the central part. A huge square, carved into the hillside, but it’s also stylized. Between the palm trees, I feel like the root of the bushes is the retaining wall, although they’ve been carved into this shape. It’s curious, on the semi-circle between the palm trees, the best view is from the lower terrace. It has been tilted in such a way that the city in the background, the sea, and the clouds share perfect harmony. However, I wouldn’t have become a tiler here. These mosaic pieces are the size of my nails. Everywhere.
Everything is rich in details. There are two small houses below. I think I’m arriving at the gingerbread houses of an enchanted forest. I don’t want to wake up from this dream.
Then I go down, and it turns out that the large terrace is on top of a column hall. From which a spectacular staircase descends to the entrance of the fairy-tale houses – that is, the souvenir shop. On the stairs, a cool gecko statue observes the crowd.

Ils ne seraient peut-être pas d’accord avec elle, mais personne ne serait choqué. Car le meilleur style du monde est votre propre style. On ne devrait pas réprimer le déploiement de ce style.
La plus belle chose qu’une femme puisse porter est son sourire. Ne diminuons pas ce bijou. En fait, il ne manque qu’une chose à cette femme : Quel est ton but avec ça ? Si elle peut répondre à cela, alors pourquoi pas !
MÉTRO
Le métro rouge se dirige vers le parc Güell. Nous marcherons vingt minutes jusqu’à l’entrée du parc. Regardez la carte ! Il est facile de confondre les petites rues. Par ailleurs, le réseau souterrain est intéressant pour quelqu’un de Budapest. En termes de centimètres carrés et de population, c’est comparable à Budapest. Plus quelques millions de touristes.
Cependant, quelle est la ville dont presque chaque habitant peut dessiner la carte du métro de mémoire ? Celui de Budapest a quatre lignes qui se croisent près d’un point. Celui de Barcelone ressemble à une toile d’araignée déformée, surtout si l’on ajoute les trains de banlieue aux huit métros existants (plus un en construction).
Pourtant, les deux villes ont une taille presque identique.
GÜELL
Quand l’amour de la nature rencontre la créativité. C’est ce que m’inspire le travail de Gaudi. Dommage qu’il n’ait pas créé une religion mondiale.
La première pensée est : où suis-je maintenant ? J’ai besoin d’une carte, mais celle que je trouve est aussi une carte blanche. La réception n’est pas avec nous. Donc, pas d’information. Je dois donc y aller comme ça. C’est nouveau pour moi.
Je vais vers le son de la musique. Le gars joue de la guitare de manière magnifique. Sous des formes qui ressemblent à des arcs. Comme si ce n’était pas une main humaine qui l’avait construit, mais qu’il avait poussé comme ça naturellement. Étrange, car il n’y a pas de bâtiment, seulement les arcs.
Bien que les photos montrent toujours l’architecture de Gaudi, le parc Güell est une grande forêt sur le flanc d’une colline. Le concert se termine, je monte plus haut. Je comprends rapidement l’utilité des arcs sans tâche : en marchant sur le dessus, la vue panoramique est magnifique. Plus tard, je trouve d’autres de ces arcs en plus grandes tailles. Gaudi est l’architecte qui n’utilise pas deux choses : l’équerre et la règle. En fait, c’est pourquoi je (l’)aime, car ici je sens vraiment que l’homme est en harmonie avec la nature.

Plus tard, je trouve d’autres endroits où des musiciens de rue et des guitaristes jouent. Tout est riche en détails. Il y a deux petites maisons en bas. Je pense arriver aux maisons en pain d’épice d’une forêt enchantée. Je ne veux pas me réveiller de ce rêve.
Ensuite, je descends et il s’avère que la grande terrasse est au sommet d’une salle des colonnes. Celle d’où un escalier spectaculaire descend jusqu’aux entrées des maisons de conte de fées – c’est-à-dire la boutique de souvenirs. Sur l’escalier, une statue de gekko cool observe la foule.

Ez egy olyan széles és olyan hosszú utca, mint Budapesten az Andrássy út. Azzal a különbséggel, hogy itt a két fasor közti széles terület a gyalogosoké és csak két szűk sávban közlekednek az autók. A tenger parttól a Placa Catalunya (fő) teréig tart az igencsak látványos la Ramblas. Ha drágán akarsz giccseket venni, akkor azt itt tedd meg. A Placa Catalunya tér után folytatódik a sétaút Rambla de Catalunya néven. Ha kellemes helyen akarsz vacsorázni, akkor ide gyere.
Visszatérve a la Ramblasra, itt a seftelés egy zseniális formájával is meg lehet ismerkedni. Nagyon ügyesek ezek az utcai árusok. Van egy nagy pléd. Ki van terítve az utcán az áruval. Négy sarkára kötelet erősítenek. Ha jön egy rendőri szerv csak felemelik a négy kötelet és a kiterített lepedő a portékával együtt egy batyuvá változik a hátukon. Mindig egy metró lejáratnál állnak, mert így egy percen belül már elvesznek a föld alatt. Ha elment a rendőr, csak leengedik a kötelet a vállakról és azonnal ki is van pakolva a termék.
MELYIK ÁLL JÓL RAJTA?
Nagyon csinos, stílusosan öltözött fiatal nő sétál a fák árnyékában. Stílusosan és igencsak lengén. Nehéz kérdés ez. Nagyon nehéz objektívnak lenni. A Güell park irányába a piros metró tart. A park bejáratáig húsz percet fogunk sétálni. Figyeljük a térképet! Könnyű összetéveszteni a kis utcákat. Amúgy a föld alatti vonalhálózat érdekes lehet egy budapesti számára. A négyzet-centimétereket és lakosság számát tekintve egy Budapesthez jól hasonlítható város. Plusz a pár millió turista.
Ám de mégis. Melyik az a világ város, amelynek a metró térképét szinte bármely lakos fejből felrajzolja? Budapesté négy vonal, amik közel egy pontban metszik egymást. Barcelonáé olyan, mint egy elfuserált pókháló; főleg, ha a nyolc plusz egy (épülő) metró mellé az elővárosi vonatokat is felrajzoljuk.
Pedig közel azonos méretű a két város.
GÜELL
Amikor a természet szeretet találkozik a kreativitással. Nekem ez jut eszembe Gaudi munkásságáról. Kár, hogy nem teremtett világvallást.

A későbbiekben még több helyet találok, ahol utca zenészek, gitárosok játszanak. Nagyon ügyes szervezés, mert így a park minden pontján halk háttérzene szól. Ezzel is tovább fokozva az élményt.
Találtam egy házat melyen zsolnai (speciális magyar) eozin cserepek vannak.
