Félelmem ellenére a tél jól alakult. Megkedveltem a karbantartó munkát. Ma már jobban érdekel, mint a konyha. Egy hete nyitott ki a hotel. Az új konyhafőnökkel nagyon nem kedveljük egymást.”
“Az utolsó előtti munkanapon ajánlotta fel ezt a lehetőséget madame Carole. Nem beszéltem róla senkinek, mert rossz döntésnek tartottam. Ugye az én motivációm az, hogy nem akarok visszamenni Magyarországra. Hát ez sikerült.”
