A Bit More Feta

Yesterday’s feta cheese made a comeback, this time paired with a light salad. Simple, quick, and delicious – a perfect anytime dish.


Ingredients:

  • Leftover feta cheese
  • Paprika
  • Herbes de Provence
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Olives
  • Lime juice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Grill the feta:
    • Grill both sides of the feta in a hot pan. Sprinkle with paprika and Herbes de Provence.
  2. Assemble the salad:
    • Chop the iceberg lettuce and cucumber, and mix them in a bowl.
    • Add the olives.
  3. Dressing:
    • Combine lime juice, olive oil, and salt, then drizzle over the salad.
  4. Serving:
    • Place the grilled feta slices on top of the salad and serve immediately.
