A Bit More Feta

Yesterday’s feta cheese made a comeback, this time paired with a light salad. Simple, quick, and delicious – a perfect anytime dish.
Ingredients:
- Leftover feta cheese
- Paprika
- Herbes de Provence
- Iceberg lettuce
- Cucumber
- Olives
- Lime juice
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preparation:
- Grill the feta:
- Grill both sides of the feta in a hot pan. Sprinkle with paprika and Herbes de Provence.
- Assemble the salad:
- Chop the iceberg lettuce and cucumber, and mix them in a bowl.
- Add the olives.
- Dressing:
- Combine lime juice, olive oil, and salt, then drizzle over the salad.
- Serving:
- Place the grilled feta slices on top of the salad and serve immediately.
